Choosing bicycle components can be difficult for users who are not experts in compatibility, performance and value. The goal was to simplify the bike-building process and provide clear guidance throughout the configuration journey.

I designed the mobile experience around a step-by-step configuration flow: users choose the bicycle type and components, preview the assembled setup and receive an AI-generated analysis of compatibility, price-to-quality balance, strengths, weaknesses and possible improvements.

The final concept combines bicycle customization with decision support, helping users understand their configuration, identify potential issues and make more confident purchase choices.
